The RIKEN Center for Advanced Photonics (RAP) will have a booth exhibition at the international workshop WONTON2026, to be held in Hokkaido in July 2026.

Overview of the International Workshop WONTON2026

WONTON is an international workshop on the spectroscopic and optical properties of carbon nanotubes and other low-dimensional materials, as well as their applications. Since the first WONTON was held in Telluride, USA, in 2005, the workshop has been held in various locations across Europe, Asia, and North America. At WONTON2026, presentations and discussions will focus on spectroscopy, optical properties, bioimaging, optoelectronics, and related topics involving carbon nanotubes, two-dimensional materials, van der Waals materials, and other low-dimensional materials.

About the RAP Booth

Through its booth exhibition at the workshop, RAP will introduce its research activities, research achievements, and international collaboration initiatives in photonics science. RAP will also introduce information on open research positions and career opportunities at RIKEN, including opportunities for early-career researchers and graduate students.

We look forward to seeing you at the RAP booth.
